How a key gets its grade.
The full rules. No fine print, no secret formula. If a grade is on a file, this page is why.
The Principle
Everyone launches. Every key is graded.
We grade hands, not luck — what the dev did, not what the market did. A coin can fail and the hands stay clean. A coin can run and the hands still be dirty.
This is a record, not a promise. A good grade means the history is clean. It never means a coin is safe.
A grade measures a record. It does not establish identity, intent, or future safety.
What We Read
●
Every prior launch — and how each one ended. The endings are defined below. No ending is guessed; each one is read off the chain.
●
The dev's own buys and sells — did they help holders, or hurt them? Selling into your own hype is on the record.
●
Funding provenance — for new wallets, where the launch wallet's money came from. A fresh wallet is a new key. It is not always a new person.
●
Conduct on this platform — every launch here adds to the same file. Forever. Nothing is deleted, nothing resets.
How a Coin Can End
GRADUATEDThe coin finished its curve, or it is still trading with real volume. The launch worked. This builds the grade up.
QUIET DEATHThe coin faded and nobody was robbed. The market just said no. This barely touches the grade — a flop is not a crime.
POST-LAUNCH EXIT EVENTA mechanical measurement, not an accusation: a net disposal of ≥50% of the dev wallet cluster's attributed token holdings within 60 minutes after launch (methodology v1). In plain words: the dev sold most of his bag into his own launch, fast. Two related measurements print the same way — an OBSERVED LIQUIDITY WITHDRAWAL (liquidity removed, seen on-chain) and a CORRELATED EXIT PATTERN (wallets exiting in lockstep; correlation does not establish common control). This grades the key down. Hard.
ABANDONED-WITH-HOLDERSThe dev vanished while still holding a bag that holders paid for. No exit event — just gone. It counts against the key, but less than an exit event.
The Tiers — And What They Unlock
PROBATION
Where every new or unknown key starts. Keys with a bad record also sit here — with the record printed on the file, in the open.
Launch caps: smallest
Placement: no front page
Pairing: SOL only
Probation means insufficient history. It is not a finding of misconduct.
PROVEN
Clean hands, and at least one launch that did not harm holders. The record shows a dev who ships without hurting people.
Launch caps: bigger
Placement: front page eligible
Pairing: unlocked — crypto majors, tokenized stocks, hubs
PILLAR
A real success, with clean hands, over time. The grade the whole market can see — and the one that takes the longest to earn.
Launch caps: biggest
Placement: front page, first
Pairing: everything unlocked
One genuine success outweighs many quiet flops. Ten coins that faded cost a key almost nothing. One coin that landed can carry it.
And one post-launch exit event drops a key on the spot — whatever tier it was sitting in. Grades climb slowly. They fall fast.
Fees
●
Founding keys: 0.5% platform fee — for the life of the service. Launch during the founding window and the 0.5% rate holds while the service runs. The full Founding Key Terms are below.
●
Creator fee: 0.5%, the maximum. Devs keep the biggest slice. Our take stays the small one.
●
Standard: 1% platform fee — for keys that launch after the founding window closes.
No surprise changes, ever. Any future fee change is published on this page, with its date and reason, before it takes effect.
Founding Key Terms — what the 0.5% actually covers, in plain words:
●
The 0.5% rate covers qualifying launches through the Launchkey launch service — including substantially equivalent successor contracts or interfaces.
●
It survives rebranding, migration, and acquisition while the service operates.
●
It does not cover separate products, or third-party and protocol charges.
●
The rate can change only where required by law, a binding government order, or a documented security or protocol emergency — and the reason, scope, and date are published before it takes effect.
●
Changes are never retroactive. Launchkey will not use a substitute charge to circumvent the protected rate.
●
The founding window closes at the later of 90 days after public launch opens, or the 250th completed launch.
Provenance — New Wallets
A fresh wallet funded by a wallet with recorded exit events starts with an inherited shadow: still Probation, but with tighter caps. The shadow is not a verdict. The new key builds its own clean record and climbs out of it.
If the trail cannot be read — the wallet was funded from an exchange, for example — that is plain Probation. No shadow. We do not grade what we cannot see.
Corrections
Every record here is on-chain, and anyone can check it. If a grade is wrong, it can be disputed — bring the transaction evidence and message us on X at
@vetoagentai.
When a correction is made, the correction is published on the record itself. The file shows what changed and why. Nothing is quietly edited.
Our own calls are graded on The Board by the same ruler. Manual overrides, if ever made, are published on the record with their reason. Placement is never sold without disclosure.
That includes the founder's key. Same rules, same endings, same drops. No exceptions at the top.
