The Board
How a key gets its grade.
How grades are made, what they mean, and what they never mean. Methodology v1.
The Principle
Everyone launches. Every key is graded.
We grade hands, not luck — what the dev did, not what the market did.
This is a record, not a promise. Grades summarize observed wallet activity under a published method. They do not establish identity, intent, or whether holders were harmed. A higher grade means the observed record meets that tier’s criteria, not that the record is complete or the next launch is safe.
What We Measure
●
Launch-wallet activity — the launches, buys, sells, liquidity actions, and endings associated with the launch wallet.
●
Attributed wallets — additional wallets attributed to the launch wallet under the published methodology. Observed transactions and inferred wallet relationships are displayed separately.
●
Evidence on every finding — each finding identifies its source transactions, observation period, methodology version, and any wallet-attribution assumptions.
●
Coverage has limits — activity outside the supported protocols, observation period, or identified wallets may not appear in the record. An absence of detected events is not evidence that no event occurred.
●
Conduct on this platform — every launch here adds to the same file while the service operates. Corrections annotate the record; they never overwrite it.
How a Coin Can End
GRADUATED
Completing the bonding curve and continuing to trade are separate observations. Neither establishes that holders profited or that the developer acted properly. Any effect on the grade follows the published scoring rules.
QUIET DEATH
The coin faded without a measured exit event. This barely touches the grade — a flop is not a crime.
POST-LAUNCH EXIT EVENT
Under methodology v1, measured net token disposals by the launch wallet and its attributed wallets reached at least 50% of attributed holdings during the first 60 minutes after launch. The event record shows the holdings baseline, included wallets, attribution basis, calculation, and source transactions. Transfers are not treated as sales solely because tokens moved between wallets. The flag describes a measured pattern. It does not establish intent, common control of every attributed wallet, or harm to holders.
OBSERVED LIQUIDITY WITHDRAWAL
A separate finding: liquidity was measurably removed from a pool by an attributed wallet during the stated observation period. The finding carries its own evidence and definition; it is not folded into the exit-event calculation.
CORRELATED EXIT PATTERN
A separate finding: disposals by multiple attributed wallets met the methodology’s published correlation test. Correlation and timing alone do not establish common control.
OBSERVED INACTIVITY
A defined period with no observed activity from the launch wallet or its attributed wallets while those wallets still hold tokens from the launch. Inactivity alone does not establish abandonment, disappearance, or a broken obligation. It counts against the key, but less than an exit event.
How findings affect grades. A finding affects a grade only under the published scoring rules. Where the evidence is insufficient to apply a rule, the result is marked UNDETERMINED.
The Tiers — And What They Unlock
PROBATION
Where every new or unknown key starts.
Launch caps: smallest
Placement: no front page
Pairing: SOL only
Probation means insufficient history. It is not a finding of misconduct.
A key with measured adverse findings sits here too — printed as PROBATION · ADVERSE RECORD, a different label from plain Probation.
PROVEN
No measured exit events on the record, and at least one launch that completed its curve or kept trading. Privileges unlock on the record, not on a promise.
Launch caps: bigger
Placement: front page eligible
Pairing: unlocked — crypto majors, tokenized stocks, hubs
PILLAR
A completed success on the record, no measured exit events, over time.
Launch caps: biggest
Placement: front page, first
Pairing: everything unlocked
Under the published scoring rules, one genuine success outweighs many quiet flops. Ten coins that faded cost a key almost nothing. One coin that landed can carry it.
And one post-launch exit event drops a key on the spot — whatever tier it was sitting in. Grades climb slowly. They fall fast.
Fees
●
Founding keys: 0.5% platform fee — for the life of the service. Launch during the founding window and the 0.5% rate holds while the service runs. The full Founding Key Terms are below.
●
Creator fee: 0.5% — the LaunchLab protocol maximum.
●
Standard: 1% platform fee — for keys without founding status.
What these rates cover. These rates cover the Launchkey platform fee and the creator fee only. Protocol, pool, network, and third-party charges are separate and are shown before you sign.
Who counts as a founding key. A founding key is a wallet that completes a launch through Launchkey during the founding window. The protected rate then applies to that key's launches through the covered service, including launches after the window closes. An expression of interest or a wallet connection alone does not qualify.
Fee changes. Fee changes are published here with their scope, reason, and effective date before they take effect — except where a legal restriction or urgent security response prevents advance notice, in which case notice is published as soon as legally and operationally possible.
Founding Key Terms — what the 0.5% actually covers, in plain words:
●
The 0.5% rate covers qualifying launches through the Launchkey launch service — including substantially equivalent successor contracts or interfaces.
●
It survives rebranding, migration, and acquisition while the service operates.
●
It does not cover separate products, or third-party and protocol charges.
●
The rate can change only where required by law, a binding government order, or a documented security or protocol emergency — and the reason, scope, and date are published before it takes effect. An emergency exception lasts only while the documented need continues.
●
Changes are never retroactive. Launchkey will not use a substitute charge to circumvent the protected rate.
●
The founding window closes at the later of 90 days after public launch opens, or the 250th completed launch.
Funding Links
A funding link shows a transaction path between wallets. It does not, by itself, establish shared ownership, control, intent, or responsibility for another wallet’s activity.
Where a funding path is reliably attributed under the published methodology and the source wallet has measured exit events, the new key can start with tighter launch caps. Where provenance affects launch limits, the record identifies the relevant transfers, the rule applied, and the uncertainty involved. The restriction is a provenance-based limit, not inherited misconduct.
Funding paths that cannot be reliably attributed — including paths through shared services or exchanges — are marked UNRESOLVED. An unresolved path is not an adverse finding.
A wallet’s own observed activity is assessed separately from its funding links.
We call the limit an inherited shadow. It is a limit, not a finding about the new key.
Corrections and Review
A record can be disputed for its transaction classification, wallet attribution, calculation, or rule application. Message us on X at @vetoagentai and provide supporting evidence where available.
A dispute does not automatically remove a finding. Where review identifies a material uncertainty, that uncertainty is shown beside the finding while it is under review.
If the evidence no longer supports a finding, the finding is WITHDRAWN, clearly marked as withdrawn, and no longer counted in the current grade. Any affected grade is recalculated.
Material corrections are appended to the record — never overwritten — and show what changed, why it changed, and when.
Records show their observation period, last update, and methodology version. Public availability depends on the service continuing to operate; we do not promise permanent hosting.
Our own calls are graded on The Board by the same ruler. Manual overrides, if ever made, are published on the record with their reason and effect. Placement is never sold without disclosure.
That includes the founder's key. Same rules, same endings, same drops. No exceptions at the top.
